Cecil R. Mullinax, Greer 
Cecil Roy Mullinax, 75, of 204 Mullinax Drive, died March 27, 2001, at his home.

A native of Greenville County, son of the late William Arthur and Ionla Jane Vanadore Mullinax. He was a millwright and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

Surviving are his wife, Louise Mulligan Mullinax of the home; two sons, Arthur Mullinax and Stephen Mullinax, both of Greer; two daughters, Rebecca Osteen of Greenville, and Lisa West of Landrum; one sister, Ruby Isaacks of Ft. Myers, Fla.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Burl Ashley and the Rev. Don Kelley. Burial will be held at the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be his sons and grandsons.

Honorary escort are Troy Mullinax Jr., Carl Fillers, Don Elders, Richard Bailey, Tom Beacham and W.D. Godfrey.

Visitation will be held tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Wood Mortuary.
