Jessie Mullinax, Greer
Jessie Mae Herd Mullinax, 88, formerly of 107 Pleasant Drive, Greer, died March 23, 2002, at Allen Bennett Memorial Hospital. She was the widow of Hubert Mullinax.

A native of Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Sylvester and Ary Holden Herd, a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Surviving are two sons, Fred Mullinax and Wayne Mullinax, both of Greer; two sisters, Bessie Barbare of Greer and Carrie Wilson of Easley; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 4 p.m. today at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Dr. Wayne Dickard and Dr. Drew Hines. Burial will be at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family is at the home of Fred Mullinax, 1059 Brockman McClimon Road, Greer. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. today at The Wood Mortuary.
