movement, posture and coordination. Reduce/eliminate pain; help back, neck &
shoulders; recover from accident, stroke; lessen effects of other
conditions.
We offer personal training on Pilates equipment and group mat classes for
all levels. Individual sessions are personalized to assist you in having a
sense of well being and strength from the inside out.
We help you connect body, mind and spirit with daily classes in he
following: Intro to Yoga, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Tri-Yoga® Flows, Sivananda Yoga,
Yoga Dance, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Yoga over 50, Pre-natal Yoga, Feldenkrais®,
Pilates, NIA, Rosen-Method Movement, Continuum Movement, Meditation. Weekend
workshops, Yoga supplies.
